Refund & Exchange Policy

Here at Easy Influence we are working 24/7 to develop training programs, events, annual programs and many other services and products for businesses that will help you to further grow your business. Trust us, we know what we are doing as many of our customers will confirm. However, despite all our hard work and best intentions there might be cases where you are not satisfied with the product or service that you received from us. For those (rare) cases, we have written this Refund and Exchange Policy which applies to all the services and products as described herein.

Live Training Programs, Events and Online Classes

Once you have signed up for a live training, bootcamp, event or paid online workshop, we have a mutual commitment. This means we will deliver the program and you will pay the amount agreed.
We will give you a 100% refund (less a €100 administration fee) should you at any time during the training, event or online class not be satisfied. We do ask you however to let us know (by email) no later than on the last live day of the program, event or teleclass and that you return all materials (handouts etc) given to you in the course of the training, event or teleclass. Should the total cost for the training be less than €100, we cannot give you any refund.
 
Downloadable Products and Programs

We are convinced you will love our products and programs. We’re even so confident that we will fully refund you upon your request received within 30 days after purchase of the product, should you not be satisfied. How easy is that? Please contact us by email in case you would like to request a refund.
 

Annual Programs

Admission to annual programs is by application only. We just want to make sure that the program you are signing up for is right for you. After all, you are really investing in yourself, both in time and money, so wouldn’t it make sense to spend a little time upfront by going through the application process?
We think so too!
By completing and signing the application, you authorize us to charge your credit card as payment for your membership in the annual program, if you and us both agree that the annual program you are signing up for, is right for you.
Furthermore, you agree that if you are accepted into the annual program, you are responsible for full payment of fees for the entire course of the annual program, regardless of whether you actually attend or complete the annual program, and regardless of whether you have selected a lump sum or monthly payment plan.
Just to make sure we’re all on the same page here: once you’ve completed and accepted the application, we will not give you any refund and you agree to make all payments (lump sum or monthly payments) on a timely basis.
 

3-11 Month Programs

Admission can be by application. Same policy as for Annual Programs applies.

Individual Coaching & VIP sessions

Individual coaching and VIP sessions are our top-notch services. And as with any exclusive service, we carefully plan and prepare for these services and we kindly ask you to do the same. Therefore, scheduled individual coaching and VIP sessions can be changed until 36 hours in advance of the start time of such session. In case you need to change your session, please contact us by email. If you request a change or cancellation within 36 hours before the scheduled start time of the session, we cannot give you any refund. Individual coaching sessions and VIP sessions may each be changed only 1 time and provided sufficient notice is given. We cannot give you a refund on any individual coaching and/or VIP sessions.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, we will gladly exchange it within 15 days of your initial purchase. Just send us an email and we will fix it for you.

Any Refund or Exchange is subject to you returning any and all material, documents, handouts etc you may have received, including any copies, in the course of the program for which you are seeking a Refund or Exchange.
In addition, in case of a refund you will agree not to use, copy or distribute, any materials you may have received, or allow anyone else to do so.

This Refund and Exchange Policy is to be read together with our Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy.
